:scust: Wanting to pursue music over podcasting

I’ll believe it when I see it. He’s making too much money podding like Vlad said. Math has the most inflated ego when it comes to his rapping skills and song making ability. He’s delusional.

This is typical person who has a high six figure gig but wants to quit it to chase their music dreams you see when nikkas going through a midlife crisis. Smh It would be different if he was 20 something. But you got multiple kids. Still chasing music dreams when you ain’t pop off even a little yet as a musician in your 40s kinda wild.

Math mad catty to his cohosts, he always has to one up them, especially Gat Murdah though he does say some stupid ish
I remember when Ms. Fit (who outside of Esso, may have been his best co-host) would be in the middle of asking a really good question, Math would cut her off and try to ask it. He did this several times and sometimes messed the whole question up.

It's making me wonder if he overspent expecting a bigger bag to come, and now that the numbers ain't hitting the same he wants to chase rapping which has the potential bigger upside.

Even with the numbers down, he should still probably pulling 15-20K a month just off youtube conservatively. Plus clips that go viral on Facebook pay really well.

No way he'll make that kinda money being a rapper lol. Even though he's been a rapper for 20+ years, he basically has no traction in that field. At least with podcast, he has a very well established name at this point. Outside of Nore, Gillie and Joe, he can make a case he has the 4th biggest rap podcast in the world.

Oh WE know that there ain't that kind of money in rapping. But listening to that interview and Math sounds delusional as hell and thinks he can be one of the biggest rappers in the world. And in Math being greedy. The combo of greed + delusional can lead to dudes doing insane things like walking away from a secure bag in exchange for chasing millions that ain't there.

I always liked Math as a battle rapper and I enjoyed his podcasts before all the drama with the co-hosts.

But - he won't ever make it as a succesful mainstream rapper. True, he has charisma and is now more connected to rappers than ever, but the music is just not good. He had a song with Method Man and it was :stopitslime:

Similar to what Verb said against Shine - the fans don't wanna see you rap with Gat before the podcast :flabbynsick:

I'm gonna be honest, even Math the battle rapper is trash to me.
I think it's because the first Math battle I saw was when he beat up Dose and I thought that Dose was cooking him (Battle below):
"chrome to ya' cranium; Click-clack boom, turn his dome to a stadium" line was so fire when the battle 1st dropped.
Then Math starts off his round by saying, T-Rex was scared to battle him. Ain't nobody scared to battle no damn Math Hoffa.
