Play Kassandra breh. It's the it's supposed to be you can tell. And upgrade that ship
its the real story
I chose Kassandra. This game is actually giving me A LOT of Skyrim vibes. The way the exploration is going in exploration mode and how open the world is immediately, and the sheer randomness of enemies really feels like a Greek 3rd person Skyrim. What y'all think? Also do you run across random monsters?
its the real story
The graphics on Xbox one S is . The cut scene graphics esp. I dunno if that's across the board, or if it's just an Xbox one S problems. Lots of frame rate drops too. I hope so combat picks up. It feels.like assassin's Creed mixed with Skyrim. So far it's meh, but I'm at the very beginning, right after you free the kidnapped little girl. Just got my bow fixed. I'm playing on exploration mode. When does the gameplay pick up? What about this game makes it so good, in y'all opinion?
So is it story that makes it great or gameplay? The game is long af breh, if you haven't left the first island yet then you have a long way to go. The story takes you to almost every island in the game and there's two different storylines so yeah...

Ok so mainly it's the abilities you get during the game and not the sword combat that makes it great? That's what it sounds like you're saying. Basically I have to stick with it for awhile before it really catches on.Gameplay, the story is a bunch of nonsense when you get down to it. Their are cool parts tho like choosing the outcome of different events and some missions are pretty funny/cool but when you get past or around level 50 you feel like you're a Demi-God. I basically run through strongholds now without being stealthy because I can body their entire army in about 5 mins.
This game is more of a Demi-God story than an Assassin's one so stealth is basically non-existent. The combat is pretty much warrior shyt with God like abilities, idk if that's your style or not.

Thanks!!!!Cool thing is that there's different styles regarding weapons. Staffs, Swords, Daggers, etc. all handle differently and have different abilities tied to them. Like with the staff you can do a special hurricane move if you have the perk which is very useful in conquest battles because you can take out about 5-6 soldiers at once without getting hurt. But yeah stick with it, I stopped playing for a little bit in the beginning because everything was overwhelming and it felt like I was trash when it came to combat. I didn't leave the first island until a couple days after I copped the game. One thing I do recommend is to beat every mission on the island before leaving. You'll be a better player by the time you reach your first conquest battle (which is right after you leave) and your character will be at a good level.
Wait? So the girl is the real story and the dude ain’t!
WTF?
I don’t mean to be sexist, but I hate games with female protagonist
Martha
Why? And you really gonna have to get over that, homie. Assuming you're a breh, if you can come to terms with playing as a generic cac you'll be aight with a female protagonist.
Kassandra is also the better acted role between the two.
Kass and Aloy from H:ZD are probably the best fem protags of this gen Don't sleep.
It just takes me out the game.... like in have Tomb Raider and never played it.... as dope as I heard that game it and I got it for free.
Last time I played a female character in a game is the OG RE 2 when you’re FORCED to play as Claire
Before that was Chun Li in Steet Fighter 2
