i read the comics to avoid THIS type of shyt happenign to me. last year i was treading thru the threads like a nikka at war tryna avoid landmines.
this year im like
when i see a comic spoiler.
lol you know what? i went ahead and just said fukk it, and read the comic series this past week. Up through issue 97.
At the end of the day I was more so interested reading about the Tyrese character than I was in viewing the fat 'harmless negro' caricature that AMC/Hollywood replaced him with.
That and after blowing through like 16+ episodes in 3 or so days to get caught up in the show, this whole concept of waiting a week at a time for 1 ep to move shyt along has me like
. The internet got me fukked up and spoiled breh.
As far as the comic goes...
. It is straight up better than the show and not nearly as cac'ed up. Quite the opposite (talkin about the non-zombies). I also see why some people here were questioning some of the plot directions the show took, as looking back now a number of things do seem kinda random and unnecessary.
The whole thing with Andrea Shane and Dale for example.. shyt would've been better if they'd kept with the source material and seen it all the way through...
and now that i know the full extent of the Tyreese character, esp as it relates to Carol, Michonne, Andrea and Dale... lol i see why them cacs didn't want him
michonne in the books tho... she goes so hard...
