there's a much better character named tyrese in the comics. dude basically became ricks best friend after shane died. don't think he'll be on the show though because of racial politics.

I watched season 1 and thought that it started off pretty OK but supremely crashed and burned at the end.

Just now watching season 2 on Netflix. Jesus it's such a biometric difference in storytelling and writing and everything. Its just so much better.

I've already read a decent bit into the comic so I know the basic plot structure they're going with. IMO they're nailing it. The set up to the events to come are perfect.

Though the end result of the Sophia plot was interesting. I didn't expect it.

Also I'm eating a bit of crow here for myself because I was SO opposed to Shane being alive going into season 2. But they've redeemed themselves. The slow burn of his character turn has been very good.

couldn't have said any better, brah....any character that they introduce, that wasn't in the comic or died in the comic much earlier is written and immersed into the world very well

Lori was like no, and about to jump out the moving car......T-Dog stopped the car and after Lori made the ultimatum she wasn't coming...he made this face....
