well most of the time its a pack of zombies eating somebody up. its rare that one zombie gets a whole body to himself. so he prob just sat there eatin for a long min. got so full, sat down, and couldnt get himself back up

It's weird because a couple times I've seen zombies just munching on stuff long after it's dead. Westbrook even baited them with a dead deer so he could unlock the prison gates. But then other times they seem to completely ignore dead bodies. In season one Rick's group was able to sneak past them by covering up in zombie blood.

But if the zombies eat dead bodies too then that makes no sense because the zombies should be killing each other if they have no problem eating dead flesh. Especially if they are fresh zombies.

I think the difference is that Lori never turned into a zombie because they shot her in the head, which stopped her from turning.

I think Zombies only do things like that out of desperation or if there are no other sources of food., kinda like cannibals or something.

I have a theory on this season, i like it but i think they are rushing it to save money, in the 1st 4 episodes 2 major characters die, they introduce the phone already and there is not enough people to hold the prison, who thinks they will just give up the prison win the Gov comes by? Let's think on his, Rick and Daryl and Glen will have to do most of the work now, they have a baby with them and let's be real, no amount runs to the city will feed it for long, unless Michonne and Andrea get there i see them giving up the prison fast. They cutting out certain elements of the comic and almost making the Gov a good guy who just went crazy. He is way better than he is in the comic, now i admit the comic version made the situation scary from the jump and it worked. This version, unless he does something dramatic, i think he will be lame duck status.
