Uh... I mean. Yeah. To a certain degree... that's literally the system of control the Machines devised anyways. Zion is artificial. The Machines have always known where it was and how to infiltrate. Zion only thinks they're "resisting". And the previous 6 iterations of The One assimilate their code into the Source to reboot the Matrix.
