Imo, it would seem to be one of these franchises:
Chrono Trigger
Dino Crisis
Half Life
If it's not one of those three then idk. Those are the only franchises I can think of that hasn't had a new game in ages and is big enough to garner a lot of hype if true.
That and a new game reveal from Naughty Dog.

A new mainline metal gear
I don't see a new Metal Gear because MGS3 Remake hasn't released yet. It'd be weird to reveal a new one while a remake is still in development.
