I saw it for the 1st time a couple of weeks ago. It was not bad, pretty funny at times.
I think Borat>Ali G>Bruno>The Dictator go in that order.
What cracked me up about the dictator was kind of a subtle thing. They had a bunch of western songs in Arabic.
Like:

Movie actually had some good lines. That "Real Housewives of Lamnusvckshamdwasaasdasdcavn" and "It's a girl, somebody get a trash can" had me
