As for waivers, @Listen don't give anyone more waiver wire money simply because you could go a entire season without spending a buck.

I wouldn't trade the funds because of what I just said. Besides, given the proposals we get, the extra FAAB budget money will make very little effect in swaying your thought process one way or the other. It's like throwing in Monopoly money when trading properties.
