Aight brehs: talk about what tourney's yall entered (other than this 1)

I think i got like 20 entries overall (ranging from $0.25- $5)
I probably got near 100 but I got a lot of capitol based on last week's performance. Now I think about it, I have over 130 more than likely. The duel challenges are a beast and 50/50 probabilities so your chances are much higher. The single entry is best for beginners in those leagues. Good way to stack up your odds with limited funds v. less talented gamers.

The best of course is the bigger games which give you money for ranking within a certain point. Those's are the best to me. I take a different strategy depending on my probabilities and availability of my funds.

So how many lineups do you have?... I think i have like 9 lineups spread through 20 entries but i never know if every entry should be similar or different

Probably close to the same in terms of lineups. I generally don't wavier too much from my Sunday rosters in each lineup. It's the Thursday rosters where I try some shyt. If you stick to your initial reads and change based on other things like injuries and what ever the personnel does v. XnX opponent, you should do well. Honestly, use all of the tools allotted to you on the internet and use math and break down their rosters as well. It's simple but deep. Most sharks won't tell you this but numbers and math is the way to victory. That and several big winnings. I haven't won 1st in DK so far but my plan is to win 1st place this weekend and I think I can too.

Last thing, don't listen to so called experts :camby:

Oh, I spend at least 2 hours each day on this even if the roster are for one day or just slightly more. Time spent is vital at this like anything else in life.

What kind of math are we talking?:jbhmm: I usually spend a large chunk of my time at work on research. I barely use the info. My initial team is created with a solid base and I stick with it but add or subract a player. I usually pick up a new piece of info that carries over week to week though.

The experts told everyone to pick Eddie Lacy last week and he had 4 carries for 3 yards:bryan:

Probabilities. Taking combine stats from previous games. Breaking down their yards v. certain opponents. What was the gameplan in place? Was he healthy? How does he look in terms of talent? What is their opponent strengths and weaknesses? How does the coach do after bye weeks historically speaking? Who's the QB and who are they playing v? It's always safe to say teams will be more aggressive on offense when they play Drew Brees, A-Rod, Tom Brady and Andrew Luck. How's the player's confidence? I picked Megatron last week, this was his first game playing v. a weak secondary with a meh pass rush. I knew I could get success from him and Stafford and they did as such. Defenses generally are what they are. They don't change much. Some get better when they are healthy like getting a key corner back or maybe just getting to QB's. How good is the DL and how bad is the opponent OL? I spend hours each day breaking down probabilities to make the best decision possible. I do listen to experts but I don't listen if you know what I mean. I just listen to see what their opinion is but I usually make my own decision.

I don't play with my Sunday roster's. I am hardcore with them. My Thursday and Primetime rosters have the least amount of research but my Primetime rosters have been great. I think this weekend, I will play Primetime. I feel good about the games this weekend. Last week I didn't so I didn't play.

Yeah I do most of that. I had Stafford and Megatron on one of my teams too. I usually avoid Thursday games unless it's a player I gotta have. I entered the Sunday night/Monday night contest.

this is what im struggling w/ now.

All the best DFS players, and Sharks that bet on games have some type of background in math and making models.

I decided to (slowly) teach myself some basic statistics. Its really the only way to go if you want to be profitable long term w/ this shyt.
These dudes all have their own algorithms that they made...and adjust things based on info that comes in.

Alright who here has won money with this? Still seems like a scam. Can I make decent $ only putting in $20 or so? NFL
