Prediction: Homelader is such a clout chaser that he’s not gonna give a fukk about SB being his father, he’ll catch SB lacking and kill him. Homelander isn’t going to risk potentially being killed or losing his powers. SB better not try and play father to a psychopath.

I was legit pissed when this new episode ended. This might be my favorite show of all time. This season really has been ALMOST perfect.
Disappointed A-train didn't die, though. That was a fine point to end his character, instead he just goes back to being a Vought yes man agreeable negro as soon as he wakes up in the hospital bed.
Black Noir has always been my favorite member of the Seven, looks like he's about to die, though.
The next season will probably end up being the last.

This was the funniest episode, maybe the most inventive and the most emotionally poignant one as well.
Jensen Ackles' line delivery as Soldier Boy and Eagle Soldier Boy is perfect. If y'all ain't know, he's done voice over work before. He voiced Batman in The Long Halloween movies that just came out. U can tell he's a professional voice actor. When he's Eagle Soldier Boy tuning up Sheep Black Noir and he says:
You think you can be me?
You're not a movie star.
You're not shyt.
I see you getting outta line again
Tyrna...mooove on up (u can see his fukkin shadow swaying
)
I will put you in the fukking ground.

That's how u deliver a fukkin threat.
Last week, Homelander said to Soldier Boy that he was the "upgrade" (after Soldier Boy hit him with the "buddy...u think u look strong? You're wearing a cape... You're just a cheap fukkin knockoff). That proved to be true on multiple counts.
So Starlight gonna have to turn Hughie into a permasupe before anymore of his brain leaks out his head?
