I think Frenchie takes V next season and I think they gonna convince MM or trick him into taking it too....or maybe everyone else will be down and he won't have much of a choice.
I 100% believe in the Butcher knocked up Maeve theory, that's why she didn't die and their baby is probably going to be the game changer. Like it will have some great power like healing/resurrection, time manipulation or be a mimic/draw out/restore powers.
Overall i'm loving this show, Can't wait til season 4 drops!

Nah, BUT, you can't drag this out, as other posters in here have stressed. I understand this show is basically carrying Amazon's fledgling streaming service, but it can't be an 8-season, GOT-style saga. Homelander can only get out of the shytstorm so many times before it gets old, and he's just irreplacable as the primary antagonist.
I think next season should be the last. Maybe with fire writing we can go 5 seasons. But no more than that.
So this show is DEFINITELY heading towards Mallory and the CIA using some sort of science mumbo jumbo that will take Soldier Boy's de-powering capability and creating some sort of de-powering weapon/serum/gas/whatever. It's either that or Ryan kills Homelander. MAYBE Butcher takes one more temp V to level the field and croaks after. Only 3 ways to drop this guy.

All in all the Homelander is the main villain and the point of the show is taking him out. It will get stale to see him last another series. He’s the central character and when he dies then the series is over. Like Adabisi. They can’t drag it on.There's plenty of things they can do with the show tho.
