It's not the story, or the setting, or the pacing, or the art, or the ending. I've read it.

Ennis is a great writer.

But he's also the type of writer who thinks putting his nuts on another man's face while he sleeps is the funniest shyt ever.

i understand. the boys has things that are just dikkish for no reason, like the black g teams, and superduper. although superduper serves a purpose, i would be fine with neither of these making it into the series.

I don't usually ask for more episodes in a season of these streaming shows but The Boys really could have used an extra two eps to get to a full 10 episode season.
At 8 episodes it just felt very rushed and truncated.
