Does this trailer prove the TEN SECONDS BEFORE/TEN SECONDS AFTER concept?

Like they time travel TEN Seconds before something happens? Which is why it is called TENENT (Which is TEN/TEN(Backwards) Because Pattinson asks, what happened here. And JDW says "it hasn't happened yet" then we see the shooter enter.

i dont think its time travel. I think its they can see.

Also it might be one or the other.. past or future ... not both
