That's the million dollar question...
Assad is a piece of shyt and has used chemical weapons before...
But why now when he's got the war all but officially won?
The only ones who benefit from foreign intervention are the rebels, Assads got the war wrapped up...So why would Assad use these weapons now when he's got the war all but officially won with Cheeto just a week ago saying he's pulling US troops out?
