Only ones confirmed so far are Adam and Amara and they are both 100% needed to finish this story

I expect Bobby/Charlie/Kevin/Mary/Michael and Gabriel to come back at some point

And of course Jack/Rowena/Billie/Lucifer/The Empty/Wayward sisters will be here at some point.

But every season of Supernatural has always been filled with guest appearances so i wouldn't worry. Especially since now all guest appearances will be plot related now. I remember they wasted a Jo comeback on a one off episode about Dean and a internal judge/courtroom lmao.
