None of them alone can do the job but as a team.....a real team they could pull it off, but they're so broken and eager to win Logan's love they can't see the obvious.
Roman might be the biggest coward ever seen on television . He can’t solve problems quickly, nor make adjustments on the fly, so he reacts off emotions and runs away.
Kendall is an idiot, but his irrational confidence will get him a win every now again. He’s like a guy who steps on the court and only wants to shoot from half court. It’s so absurd that you can’t believe what you’re looking at, and next thing you know you’ve lost the game already.

a) Kendall's stupid plan succeeds because in this world someone as privileged as him wins in the end no matter how incompetent he is
or
b) The show ends with Kendall in jail like Elizabeth Holmes

It's basically just a retirement community run by a theme park company.
BUT, Kendall is trying to use "Theranos"-style hype to make it sound like "Black Mirror" San Junipero-level technology to allow your grandparents to live forever. Its extreme Silicon Valley/"Fake it till you make it" BS hype tactics. Selling the dream of having grandpa live forever, while in reality you're putting grandpa in the world's most expensive nursing home.
But, because the tech investors are dumb, they're allowing themselves to buy into the hype. At least for long enough to (temporarily) push the stock price up higher than Gojo is willing to pay. If Kendall can keep the stock price up for long enough, then he has an excuse to NOT sell the company to Gojo. Then buyout deal falls apart and his "interim" CEO title becomes permanent. That's his goal...he doesn't care if the stock price crashes again once the hype wears off
because at that point he runs the company.

Kendall's spin of Living+ from a leisure/real estate/entertainment product into a tech one using the health angle is a legit business savvy move.
He's all over the place but he has an instinct that his father saw in him and provided things settle down with the family he could legit become a decent CEO, provided he can keep his ego in check.
His presentation was a masterclass. The show runner's writing and lead up to it was so good that you couldn't help but cringe as a viewer, someone "in the inside" but the audience and the investors aren't privy to all that family and inner management drama.
It might've been corny but the sentimental touch with his dad was decent comedic relief to release some of the tension in that room. The actual product pitch was extremely sharp, didn't go overboard with financial projections and laid out a a strong case for Living+ become a major revenue driver for the company.
IMO Matsson reacted the way he did and said "he didn't like it" because he KNOWS Kendall has something here that might squeeze him out of the deal.

Romans a bytch but he was right in a way. Hes the boss now and gerri doesnt understand the dynamic has changed. Then she admits she dont respect him whats he supposed to do. Shes really a shark and while i think their relationship is a lil deeper than that (weirdo ish aside) , now he is technically logan to her now. The dynamics have to change. And thats with firing her with his dikkpics in her phone aside.
I can see both if them going to jail and tom and shiv taking over for sure. Shivs still tryna figure out that angle. I hate her but shes playing it smart. Flirting with mattson to get in; she does what she can. Shes still evil wannabe bad bytch tho. Tom checked her now she likes him lol
Kendall. He toned it down a lil but pulled it off. I like how roman and shiv were shyt talking him during it and he pulled it off to where even karl was there. His wild business jargon is lol. I can see why the other actors kight have a problem with him. Especially the scene where hes like “new space cowboys in town”. Seemed like he coke acted that for real but eas a lil too OD but he makes that manic like nature part of kens character I guess. Romans actor stated tht his way of not rehearsing doesnt help him none. Jeremy strong just on a diff level and it stuck out to me in that scene.
Roman is a fukkin weirdo. Making dumb moves but assertive in his own way. Suprised he didnt break under pressure already. That last scene is a bad omen for him imo.

He loves "the chase" just as much as getting what it is he desires.
He seems like a dude that wants what he can't have. And will go to extreme lengths to get it.
