Never had student loans so I don’t know how you guys generally feel about this new extension but hopefully you all have been treating this entire period like an interest free loan and paying down the principal

Cuck Schumer actually pushing for more. :ohhh:

He’s been advocating for something comprehensive for a while. The Dems are just not in sync on what the actual plan is (House, Senate and White House)

Isn't that the same issue the Trump admin ran into numerous times attempting to use loopholes to move policy after publicly stating why they were actually doing it?

Edit: not that it would matter since they'd just pause payments while it went through whatever legal challenges. Just seems messy.

Because most Americans don’t have student loan debt

The argument to cancel student loans shouldn’t be about the economy
Most Americans don’t fit into any one category. We could use that argument about any program. 13 percent of Americans having student loan debt is greater than the entire black population.

And breh went to Duke, either full scholarship or his family had him set :wow:

Cost | Duke Financial Aid
I know. Duke is about 8 more racks a year than Michigan. I’ve actually paid off my undergraduate debt. I’ve paid 10s of thousands. But law schools at any top school - factoring in everything will cost you at least 250k over 3 years. I had scholarships but combined with undergrad debt still owed 6 figures at graduation. Granted, I also worked public interest for a couple years and had lower payments during that time.
