This is a system designed to overrule the majority. The majority of the court was appointed by people who lost the election (one of whom violently seized power to begin with) and a legislative body designed to give disproportionate control to states that have far few people with no public oversight. The strategy of “win every election ever” seems like a flawed plan to deal with this.Nobody should be surprised the court fukked this.

We have one justice who was appointed by someone who engineered a fistful of military coups and who got caught running a child trafficking ring out of the White House (hw bush/Craig Spence). That man then aided an insurrection to install the son of the man who appointed him as president and 3 current justices besides him were part of said insurrection as well. This is not a problem that can be solved at the ballot box because the system is designed so it can’t be voted out. The very premise of the Supreme Court is inherently anti democracy, as is the senate as an idea. The other key thing to consider here is that the bad guys are winning because they’re waging war against us and not trying to govern. When they lose, they simply try to seize power by force. The only correct action to take is for the White House to ignore the court and tell them “you and what army?” in regards to their rulings, but as has been the case since the 80’s the democrats response to everything is to roll over without a fight and then tell us they did everything they could. Direct action is the only solution to this. Same as every other crisis we have on our hands.
