You know what I mean. In a head up battle he got washed so why should I assume in s5 he dont get over powered again.

it was not a straight up one one one fight hopper team and steve team both help weaken vecna in there own way to help eleven overcome him also I don't mind vecna being a psycho nihilist only someone like that would team up with a eldritch abomination to help him reshape the real world in his own image of it

Do you not see that huge mindflayer monster he’s making plus those giant rifts in the ground where all that shyt from the upside down can come invade? I mean this show has pretty much stuck to the good guys win so we know the squad will be victorious but El ain’t bout to sweep the series next season. Plus Brenner dropped that El needs to fly, there’s clearly another level she need to unlock to beat that thing. She would need to beat Vecna and close them big ass gates…she’s got the cards stacked against her. And all this love story this season feels like foreshadowing her eventual death.

The entire finale was a big Halloween throwback. All the way down to Vecna being shot out of the window and disappearing.

El turned into Loomis from Halloween when she sent 001 off the roof. That mofukka was extra crispy when he hit the grass, and just like Michael Myers in Halloween, he was gone when the gang went to look for him.

All facts. The fukked up thing is that the kids are ahead of the anime wave. She thinks too small with her powers. A little Akira and DBZ would take her a long way

If Netflix is smart, they’ll throw a blank check at the last season. fukk a budget. GoT self sabotaged. As have Star Wars and Marvel to an extent. This is their chance to cement this is a core series in human culture.

Look I really like the show too but Im not going to blindly act like its perfect or is even following its own rules any more, like aint the upside down air…toxic ?

The early seasons were good too. Its just because they were kids. Same thing with Harry Potter IMO. It didn't become piff until the later movies because they got older, the story got darker and the stakes were higher. Same thing here.
