IGN was full of shyt for that review. A lot of these cats who have the Steam Deck barely know how to use it properly. Real talk. I been noticing this when having to correct people in comment sections about features and performance.

i ended up opening it.. gonna just keep this one and cut my losses lol...i paid a decent price..
its nice but its a bit heavy/big.. controls are awkward at first...
screen needs to be oled next time.. switch has me spoiled

It not being OLED don’t bother me. If that was the case I would’ve never gotten the original Switch since I had my Vita. I have an OLED Switch now and that doesn’t make up for the performance difference. It’s also def bigger than the Switch. Switch is for just bringing with u anywhere type shyt and even the Switch is kinda big for that. Switch Lite is better for that task. TRUE portability is like the size of the Vita.

I told u not to spend so much on it. Lol. First thing u should buy with one of these is a 512gb or 1TB micro SD. I also have a 1TB external ssd velcro’d to the back of mine as well.

I got a 1tb microsd coming today I didn't know you could use an external drive though any suggestions on a small usbc hub so I can get power at the same time and I'm gucci..



I'll try windows this weekend, do I don't have to he paying for all these games... and install gamepass of course.

I heard the Windows experience right now is kinda mediocre and the games run about 20% worse. Alotta people have these issues with Windows handhelds. Valve literally fix games better than the windows version. Elden Ring for instance.


Like I said. For IGN to rate this shyt a 7 is criminal imo.

yes I'm just installing windows to the microsd and trying games that aren't working. I can boot to steamos for the verified shyt

horizon plays amazing at locked 30fps, Linus was right though the auto aiming is fukked.

U don’t have to only play verified games. It’s MAD unverified games that run even better than the verified. Lol
