Why would Marvel not hesitant when cast Tessa as the new love interest for Thor(sounds like she a side piece in Thor 3 lol) but hesitant for spider man?

I'm still taking the summary with a grain of salt especially since it makes no mention of the tinkerer but yeah it does have some holes

I wouldn't call those holes... they're points to connect for phase 4 and beyond..

and I think the tinkerer helps him with the suit.. its a minor role.. doesn't need to be mentioned really in the plot leak..

I do wonder if CAP will talk to peter though
