1st Garfield movie was flames, 2nd was dope in the first half, 2nd arc with electro and count goblcula was stupid... that slo mo gwen scene one of my favourites tho could hear a pin drop when it happened

No movie with these two scenes can be "flames"





To say nothing of the butchered script. Promising a new backstory for Peter and his parents, only for the film to completely forget that promise in the final cut. They had something, but either Webb was the wrong director or the studio once again couldn't resist interfering. Either way the end results were underwhelming.

Just came back from seeing this, and goddamn was HC a great movie. Holland perfectly captured a young PP, the action was refreshing, and the dialogue/acting kept the audience rolling.

This film is easily the best MCU movie.

Tony Stark as his mentor.

Glad he wasn't all up in the film, stealing Spiderman's spotlight. Showed up just enough times to have the desired impact.



Writers did an excellent job showing how being Spiderman comes at a cost to Peter Parker and his relationships.



That scene where dude was trapped under the rubble had me feeling mad claustrophic
