I understand the money shot with Spidey & Ironman since it represents Marvels 2 biggest properties finally in a shared universe. I just really hope that Tony is not waiting in his limo to give Peter a rundown of what he did wrong after every mission (video game level) that Peter goes through...

MCU and Bond ain't never gone through DCU's bumps

You have no idea about James Bond's cinematic history if you believe that is the case. The Bond movies have been mired in lawsuits, squabbles over rights, behind the scenes infighting and the like since the idea to translate Fleming's works to the big screen was even come up with.
Hell, in 1983 there were two competing Bond films put out by entirely different studios about 3 months apart.

While the Ang Lee Hulk was pretty bad I don't think the Edward Norton Hulk was terrible. It is pretty much on par with the Thor flicks.
