It's a good trailer because casuals are thinking is there a multiverse? :ohhh:
Whereas comic nerds/smarks are thinking is Mysterio bullshytting about the multiverse? :patrice:

Good mystery for all fan types

Also, this could get that same stimulus package iron man 3 got after the first Avengers. The whole "warning" about spoilers by Holland was pretty clever in that regard

It does :manny: not saying it’s a good thing or a bad thing. But it has more in common with the ultimate u than 616. Especially the characterizations

the whole ultimate universe and its strip down approach is the mcu basically except for the james gunn stuff

Even The Ultimates got defanged when it, in modified form, went to the box office. Joss Whedon has long been a megafan of Millar and Hitch’s epic, even going so far as to pen a glowing introduction to one of its collected editions in 2004. When he wrote and directed 2012’s The Avengers, he very obviously used The Ultimates as his visual and narrative template, and perfectly captured the aesthetic excitement and modernized characterization that made the comic work

Assuming this is how the Fantastic Four and X-Men get brought into the MCU. That's a better explanation than what people say that the X-Men are in hiding and/or Professor X simply erases the memories of billions of people on earth everytime the X-Men or mutants make an appearance.

I could have sworn I read that Far From Home takes place before Infinity War but that would contradict since he's wearing the Iron Spider suit in the trailer.

No Far From home takes place after everything. Homecoming took place before Infinity War.

I`m hyped to see what the end credit scene will be.

Yall getting excited about a multiverse when they could just be trolling for the movie. Don't go in expecting that shyt:whoa::ufdup:
I don't think that Feige would go that far. Also, Feige and Marvel Studios have big plans for Phase 4.

Having a multiverse would make it a billion times easier to introduce more characters (especially later on the Fantastic Four and the X-Men).

That will be the twist he will be the villain and a liar but the multiverse thing is true

It would be a bigger twist if Mysterio turned out to actually be a good guy. Everyone expects him to be the villain anyway so it's not really much of a twist. :yeshrug:

I'm curious as to whether the multiverse thing is true or just some kind of con by Mysterio. Could just be him plotting some shyt, but I don't think Fury would be fooled that easily.

I would think if he was from MCU Fury's universe they'd have intel on him to know if he was a crook or not.

Since it’s coming from Fury and Shield saying that.... I’m confident this is probably facts as they not gonna get fooled again that easily after the while Hydra fiasco

Plus Fury stay knowing shyt before anyone else for the most part
