Nah I don’t know anyone at comic book lol. I try to stay away from there cause it’s a lot of rumor and innuendo that adds up to a cloud of smoke. But I’ll check it out

I don't mean the website..

I remember you saying you were friendly or internet friends with the guy who did part 1 screenplay .. its the same writer for part 2..

but it would actually be nice if
it takes place before and ends with him going on the school trip .. or gets the permission slip or something

Oh nah lol. I’m friends with a guy who writes for a site and is an actual journalist. Goes on set visits and shyt like that. Definitely didn’t say I’m friends with someone who writes on the movie cause if so, shyt I’d be writing the movie

Yeah only thing I believe with that is Osborn buying avengers tower because that’s an easy set up that was in movie one. The first part of the rumor makes no sense since Feige and Pascal have both explicitly said the movie takes place after avengers 4 and it would be our first look at that world post avengers 4

what if it does both ...
starts at the end of A4 with spider-man on the ground or something or the ashes turn back into a shape (assumed a person) ... then a how did this happen with a 2 years ago stamp .... then the movie.. it ends with the school trip .. then post credits is after he wakes up

NEW SPOILERS
More Possible Spoilers For Marvel's SPIDER-MAN: HOMECOMING Sequel Revealed In Another Plot Leak

Spider-Man: Homecoming was a step in the right direction for the franchise after what Sony did to the wall-crawler with The Amazing Spider-Man movies and while we don't know how much longer the iconic superhero will remain in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he has at least one more appearance left after Avengers 4! That will come in next year's currently untitled sequel when Peter Parker embarks on a globe-trotting adventure which will pit him against Jake Gyllenhaal's villainous Mysterio.

Earlier this month, some possible plot details for the sequel surfaced via Reddit and now another batch has popped up online seemingly shedding even more light on what's to come in this movie next July.

It goes without saying that you should take these details with a pinch of salt for now but the site has provided us with a lot of legit intel in the past, so this is at least worth considering (especially as none of it seems beyond the realm of possibility). So, to take a look at this entire list of new intel about Marvel's Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel, all you guys have to do is click the "View List" button.

A Tony Stark McGuffin

The one piece of conflicting information in this "leak" is the fact that the Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel reportedly takes place after the events of Avengers 4 and, get this, Peter will be mourning Tony Stark after his death in that movie. We've known for a while that we'll probably be saying goodbye to Iron Man when the superhero ensemble rolls around, though, so that's not massively surprising.

Either way, the plot is said to revolve around something groundbreaking that Stark created before his death and it's going to be up to Spider-Man to retrieve that once it's stolen now Tony is gone now.

London's Calling

Despite the sequel's international setting, it's said that the majority of the action will take place mainly in London. Peter winds up there for a conference which has been sponsored by Stark Industries and Michelle/MJ, Ned, Liz, Flash Thompson, and Aunt May will all return (I find it a little suspect that Liz will show up seeing as she moved away but we know her father, Adrian Toomes, will also be back).

Interestingly, it's noted that Gwyneth Paltrow will be making a cameo appearance as Pepper Potts but that makes perfect sense if she ends up taking over Stark Industries for good following Tony's demise.

Mysterio: Master Thief

This leaker reiterates that Mysterio will be the lead villain in the Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel and he's described as an international thief and master of illusion. Apparently, he's the one who has stolen that Stark creation at the behest of a "mysterious employer" (we'll get back to him a little later).

Now, the big question is this: will Mysterio wear his familiar fishbowl helmet? Well, it is set to be included but he won't necessarily wear it throughout the movie. Hey, that's better than nothing!

Spider-Woman

We've heard on numerous occasions that Jessica Drew will appear in the Spider-Man: Homecoming sequel as a femme fatale of sorts and while there's no word on whether or not she'll suit up as Spider-Woman (it seems unlikely at this point), it's said that she's going to be portrayed as an MI6 operative who is hunting down Mysterio. That leads to her begrudgingly teaming up with the wall-crawler.

Oh, and while she's a combat expert and skilled tactician, Drew won't have powers when we meet her.

The Spider-Slayer (Sorta)

During the course of the sequel, Peter ends up developing a rivalry with Alistair Smythe, a technology prodigy who becomes determined to upstage his fellow pupil. This is obviously a departure from the comic books but it's definitely a good use of the character and has a great deal of potential.

Apparently, Smythe is a pretty manipulative guy and does his utmost to turn Peter's friends against him. His father, meanwhile, is Spencer Smythe and he works for Stark Industries. You have to believe he'll end up being outed as a bad guy at some point and this could lead to Spider-Slayers showing up.

Some Familiar Faces

As we've already heard, The Vulture and Mac Gargan (a.k.a. Scorpion) will have minor roles in this movie. It sounds like the latter will be working for the same man who hired Mysterio and he'll spend most of the movie trying to get Toomes to reveal Spider-Man's secret identity. Perhaps that's where Liz will come into play? After all, them threatening his daughter would certainly change his mind!

You also have to believe that The Vulture would like some revenge on Spidey so him ultimately revealing that Peter Parker and Spider-Man are one and the same probably wouldn't devastate him.

Mysterio's Mysterious Employer

So, who is this mysterious employer we've heard so much about? We don't know! However, it's said that he's a major villain from the comic books who will have a "prominent" role in these movies moving forward. He's only set to make a minor appearance here, though, so don't expect much.

What we do know is that Marvel and Sony are looking for an A-List actor to take on this role and casting won't be officially announced because the plan is for their appearance to be a surprise twist which sets the stage for the next movie. I think Spencer Smythe could be on possibility but the likes of Norman Osborn, Otto Octavius, or even Kraven the Hunter would be much, much better choices.

The Sinister Six

This leaker "confirms" that Marvel is building up to the debut of the Sinister Six and while they're not necessarily a lock for the third movie in this trilogy, we should expect to see them somewhere down the line. This makes perfect sense and is long overdue so here's hoping Kevin Feige handles the formation of the group better than Sony did when they tried to rush it in The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

Who will make up the roster? Right now, we know it will be The Vulture, Scorpion, and Mysterio!

The Sequel's Title

Despite previous reports that the sequel will be titled The Spectacular Spider-Man, this leak claims that it's going to be called Spider-Man: Field Trip. That makes sense all things considered and it follows the trend set by Spider-Man: Homecoming but who knows how long it will be until we get confirmation

 Appreciate it brother. Glad to know all my years of reading spidey and having a really geeky understanding of him can make someone's life better:russ:

If you ask my friends and fam, I'm basically Peter Parker so I have an innate understanding of how his shyt works.

If you're going the cartoon right, start with spectacular spider-man. 2 seasons, all dope, ended way too soon. For comics, see if you can find an omnibus on the first 50 issues, then read the night gwen stacy died, kraven's last hunt, back in black, maximum carnage for fukkery, the 9/11 issue, no one dies, superior spider-man, and the Parker industries stuff that just ended. Dan Slott is wrapping up his run in the next month or two so now would be a good time to jump on
Maximum Clonage :troll:
