Yeah. I'm not sure if it's a big deal or not if you watch GoA first but like the Metal Gear Series it's best to play them in the order they came out rather than chronologically.

If you watch GoA it kind of kills the surprise on a certain main character in two ways. While if you watch BaS first you're saved from those spoilers on that character.
