Well, I definitely saw Jax got one in the leg and Chibbs was also hurt so we'll see about that...

as to Gemma, I don't think there was smth wrong with the smoke, she was just tired after drinking, fukking and sleepless nights, moreover - she's feeling guilt...she's all fukked up!
