Teddy want to blame Franklin so bad for the Alton situation which made him have to disappear for months, and then he came back to Franklin doing better without him and thriving. He views himself as Franklin’s puppet master, he doesn’t want him to feel like he’s a big deal.

He’s just “an asset”.

Uh, that’s not why Teddy was pressed. He simply needed Franklin funding his efforts in Nicaragua, getting the other dealer out the paint wasn’t about wanting to be the puppet master, it was about needing revenue

Alton was literally on the radio snitching like a week before Teddy killed him. It was fukked up because the deal was to go to Cuba and stfu, but let’s not act like Alton wasn’t doing damage to the whole operation days-weeks before getting killed

When he took Franklin’s money and put him back at square one, all of that went out of the door. I can’t wait for Teddy to get done dirty by the CIA once they’re ready to wash their hands clean of their involvement so he can see he’s a ultimately a pawn like Franklin.
