I never bought the idea of a guy like Big Deon following Leon in the first place.
Also, I get shooting a fair one but the minute Leon hit him in the nuts and smacked him with a bottle all fairness went out the window. Why wouldn't he expect Big Deon not to come back and shoot him after that?

That’s what I was thinking, the fair one could’ve ended in handshake the next day. Leon breaking that bottle on his head changed the dynamics. Now Leon gon always have to worry about that payback
I think Leon feels responsible for what Wanda and the community has become. Killing Skully’s daughter changed him a lot. I think Wanda and Leon show the damage done to people on both sides.
