you giving these writers too much credit to put that much thought/foresight into a minor character…they did that shyt just to make it easier for jerome to take out the aspiring rapist and let them dudes in

I think they did put that much into it. He knew. He doesn't think Franklin is coming back to party while his aunt is being gang raped. He gave the other guy every opportunity to come with him. Made a comment about Franklin turning Todd's face into the back of a Nestle Crunch bar, then dapped him up real slow like he knew it might be the last time he ever sees him.


He knew from the first time Franklin showed up and he asked him if he was straight and Franklin didn't answer.

They implied multiple times that he wasn't cool with the rape shyt, but he wasn't going to risk getting killed by speaking up, so he looked the other way to let Franklin in so he could stop it.

The breh at the gate could see imminent danger when Franklin returned which is why he left in the first place.

he really just feels indebted to Louie/Jerome because they had a chance to kill him and decided not to after Alton/Franklin got him

Also, Skully's 2nd hand man was scheming and Louie/Jerome served him up for Skully to kill

Doubt he really gives a fukk about Franklin/Leon

lol, the more i think about that situation, the more i'm ready to hate the writers. everything from kane calling frank over to the warehouse, to branding her for like 20 seconds to skipping to calling a pimp to run a train when it was like 8 dudes already in the other room

and leon up on the roof hitting sniper shots with a handgun

Trying to build suspense with that goofy ass writing.

The only thing that would have made sense is Kane whip her ass, she still doesn’t give up old boy, and Kane either kills her immediately or have his boys start the raping immediately. But since they obviously didn’t want to show her being raped (understandably) they shouldn’t have even brought that idea in at all. The whole point was to unite the Snowfall Avengers and have this action scene where even Scully inexplicably joins in.

Scenes like this is what makes Snowfall a good show instead of a great one. The writing is sometimes great but sometimes terrible.
