Not to mention Franklin left dude in the trunk after killing 2 of his homies? Why leave a witness or an enemy?? shyt don’t make any sense!
The only way I guess is if he truly convinces the hood to stop fukkin with Franklin but again where’s the build up to that? I’m sorry but the writing is trash this season fr.
The writing is falling all the way off. These last 3 episodes were ass. Franklin too cliqued up now to have street level gangsters gunning at him. He would have some killers on the payroll for security by now.
Yall nikkas just hating and nitpicking on the show cuz it's based in LA......about drug dealers in the 80s. This season has been outstanding. Yall wouldnt say anything like this if it was Sopranos or another white show. Finally watched this last episode. Jesus mane wtf happened to the writing? I seen it going downhill last season but now they just said fukk it.
John Singleton, the dude with the vision died.hit's weird how it dropped off. It's a Billions level drop off writing/quality wise. idk if it's cuz of the pandemic or what.
Yea was just looking at that on the IMDB. He must’ve been able to give his input for S4, and this season is the first w/o his guidance.John Singleton, the dude with the vision died.
Unpopular opinion it started off the wrong footJohn Singleton, the dude with the vision died.
Regardless of how fast Franklin progressed, the writing was still solid.Unpopular opinion it started off the wrong foot
He literally found a plug and sold 2 bricks in like one day
The played the CIA angle too fast
And they should’ve put more focus on his transition from weed seller to cocaine seller
Don’t remind meSons of Anarchy

I get where you coming from, but the drop in quality(not only this show but any show that has a drop) had to come from somewhere. Whether it's a key person no longer being involved, running out of ideas on where to take the story, something. Looking at the IMDB, most of the writers have been there since the start. This is always hilarious to me. Niccas making shyt up to try and justify their subjective takes. No one knows what exactly Singleton's vision was or when his supposed input on the script ran out.
People want to be so too cool for school that they start saying shyt like this it's annoying. Oh when did the person we assume had input on series left? Oh that's when it fell off.
Season 6 of GOT is best season of that show but people still group that with the rest of the shyt afterwards because than they couldn't get in their elitist "it started to fall off without the book material" bag. It's so fukking weird to me.
