One thing I noticed that's pretty interesting is how they're starting to change the opening title of each episode

You can see how Episode Three is the normal lookin hood.
Episode 4 one of the houses starts smoking
Episode 5...there's a straight up fire


Also the neighborhood seems to be on the decline...some of the houses are gone...alot of the grass is turned into dirt. Looks like its decaying more and more, episode by episode.

There were fires all over the place last episode. By the end of the season we'll be in "1985A" from Back to the Future 2.
