Ep was meh again. Fukk Reed and his new Asian buddy trying to justify their actions because they are patriots. Him being painted as a sympathetic character on this show has always bothered me. Reed being all about the Nicaragua conflict doesn't make a lot of sense either, you are American you don't know anyone down there personally. The writers should have made him a careerist type, doing whatever his superiors ask because it means a promotion, that makes sense. Acting like he really cares about democracy or Nicaraguans is ringing very false.
Gustavo got a lot of good moments this ep, I thought him not killing the border patrol guy, but busting at the DEA agent showed he is discerning and has good judgement.
Leon being all in his feelings for his crack head ex was weak. Aunty Louie handled it tho. Her talking about Kev giving the Mexicans the recipe for cooking was that new info to Aunty? What's up with Peaches, he needs a bigger part. e just stands around and says a sentence or two. DeRay is accomplished enough to have a bigger part.
Franklin peeping out Avi was cool and I'm glad he helped him out in the end. That was the right thing to do. Was there any significance to him wearing sandals on the way back instead of hard bottoms? They seemed to illustrate that for some reason.
