It has multiple story lines (not all interesting) that intertwine.
Decent writing so far, sometimes you might have to suspend disbelief but not on some set piece hollywood shyt like "Power".
I think it should be more popular but it might turn out to be one of those cult hits like Fargo or SOA
How exactly do they fit unto the overall plot? I understand how the CIA guy is connected to Franklin, but how exactly do the Mexicans fit in? Will they become his muscle to help him fight off the existing LA Gangs once his ability to hide how much money he has starts to fail?

Binged watched yesterday the 1st season. It’s okay, could have pushed the narrative quicker instead of the whole CIA missing girl storyline. Frank getting tore off a bird without experience really pitching was kinda
