first episode was great but also a grim reminder how much i fukked up not learning programming when I was a kid.
Nah breh... you nikkas underestimate how much work goes into being an elite programmer. You see the level of NERD these cats have to be? Not one cool person in the bunch and definitely no brothers in the mix.
I'm cool with who I came to be in life. I'll just pay one of these broke college nerds to program for me.

this show is hilarious, i'm in.
the thing is, silicon valley isn't as hip as ppl or tv shows make them out to be. if you're not used to being around geeks and don't get their sense of humor then it can be very awkward socializing with them. i've met a good amount of ppl who work in silicon valley while i was a contractor for HP and the personalities were no where near this show or any other image you see.

This show is hilarious. They'll give it 2 seasons at minimum I think. Mike Judge doesn't fukk around

So far so good, but they had the #1 show on premium cable as the lead in. They should get a second season as that's still a solid rating and the show doesn't cost a ton to produce. Like Girls, this show can generate some buzz and have a cult following that's worth keeping around.
BTW, anyone been around programmers that hate/despise Facebook and other similar companies, but have no applicable idea of their own? It's definitely a interesting group of folks.

I thought the 2nd episode was funnier than the first, this dude really has no idea about starting a company. Luckily for him Gabe from The Office quit to help him out. Now Hooli is trying to beat him to market.
