Character/charisma wise she's as good as anyone but people cant separate that from her in ring ability

If you mean Sasha then that makes sense. Sasha seems like she's got a good character and even in the ring she has many positives, but her flaws are really bad, that shyt on the ropes was cringeworthy just now, she did a bunch of shyt that took me out the match.
