The Smackdown Team has actual chemistry and distinct personalities. Whatever you think of them as individuals, Corey, Byron, and Tom work incredibly well off each other.

Raw is the exact opposite. The team has zero chemistry and don't work off each other at all. Renee is definitely the worst of the three as she adds nothing, but Corey lame jokes and Cole's robotic delivery don't help things.
