Do ROH even need to define what the Bullet Club is?

Are they faces or heels? Are they just tweeners? Are some of them face and the others heels?

Is Kenny a heel or just a tweener?

I can't lie...Bully Ray is a hell of a heel....but they need to not let him go beyond where he is. I fear they might go the TNA route and make him world champion.

In NJPW they're full blown faces who pretend their cool heels, except for maybe Cody but I'm not sure how that dynamic has changed post Kenny vs Cody and All In.
