Word is Jeff Cobb hasnt signed yet. He is debuting at the tv tapings, but is still in negotiations for a deal 
Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio that Jeff Cobb is scheduled to debut for Ring of Honor at Saturday’s television tapings from Center Stage in Atlanta. Cobb has confirmed to us via Twitter that he is not signed to a deal with ROH but mentioned that he’s in negotiations with the company.

I read some where else that Dave only said he would be at the taping, but the news outlets assumed that meant that he signed and reprted it that wayDave jumped the gun again

Cody is the reason I'm back into watching wrestling again. Thanks to him, I watch ROH and New Japan. Before somebody told me to check out his ROH work on youtube, I hadn't watched any wrestling in years. Several people I know say the same. Cody may not be the only reason but he is a big reason.
