Not saying they're on the same level, but the IC title is a big deal. It's important for Naito to be the champ and elevate that division.

They're probably saving the rematch for Wrestle Kingdom anyway. They want to do 50k attendance.

That Omega vs Cole match has a 94% more chance of happening in NJPW than ROH at this point, if it does happen. Only time for it to really happen at ROH is at this next PPV & I doubt NJPW sends him over for that when their coming to the US soon. If Cole ain't singing anything he might not be in NJPW like that either.
