Just got a condo in FL. Not sure if I want to go the air bnb route or the long term rental route, they both have pros and cons.

I definitely want to hire a property manager though, and like brother said above the next move is a multi-family home.

Property Managers for Airbnb apparently have high ass fees.

I could be wrong, but try looking into different ways that you can automate the Airbnb so that you would only have to use your cell phone to run that business

I own a multi-family duplex in Dallas. My property is approved for affordable housing (Section 8).

People think affordable housing is terrible, but my experience has been good and I also recieve my money from the govt.

The only time section 8 doesn't make sense is if your property is in a higher income neighborhood.

Anywhere else, section 8 is a must. If for no reason then that the odds of you having to evict approaches zero.

casting a wide net is important because i didnt think the folks im going with would be the company id end up with initially
