The problem is that Brock has so obviously been used as a plot device to try getting Roman over by giving him a monster to slay and not actually doing anything of real substance with Brock himself. The whole angle with Goldberg was just to set up him winning that hideous red belt to hold for a year so Roman could take it and everything else has obviously been them spinning their wheels.
