So far the only singles matches schedule for Mania are both world title matches and both women's title matches. I think they're trying to make Cena/Taker special by being the only non-title match.

It's either that, that they want even more time and less distractions to showcase Bayley/Sasha as a big match (maybe use it as a selling point of a show also), or the most likely explanation, that they just don't care that much.
