I'm a very open person, as shown on this forum, so I'm fine talking about anything. Not many people are like that though.

I would just ask in the conversation if they're open to talk about certain things. If they say no, move on That's worked for me in my current relationship. We both understand that we have a past, and that it's behind us.

Its weird for me. All I want to know is how many partners have you had and when was the last time you had sex. Hearing someone fondly talk about a past sex experience is like "go be with her then"
