Depends on a lot of things. How long y'all been together, age, if you want a baby. Best thing to do would be to just honest. Can you see her being the mother of your child? Just be honest and say youre not ready for that yet.
As for her birthday, you know her better than us and again I need details.

A cross country road trip wouldn't be so bad.

Both 26; only been 5 months (yeah I know) and I want 2-3 but am in a busy time in my life. I don't know about her being the mother of my children...there clearly isn't a threshold for that as some people can become completely enamored after 3 months whereas others require 3 years lol...its possible though but shyt always changes down the road so I'm naturally skeptical.
The thing about it is that she hasn't outright come out and say, "gimmie babies nikka
" So I'm not encroaching on that subject unless she explicitly says that she wants to have kids. It has been more along the lines of looking at friends and whatnot on social media (I know again lol) in addition to family members inquiring..they like me so they're probably pressuring her to build with me.I just mentioned her birthday because I didn't know if that had an effect on her current state of mind.

It's still too early to seriously consider making babies now. You both want babies so that's good. Just know that she's at that age where she hears the clock ticking louder each day.
So if you do get serious with her, consider when and how you are gonna build a family. Have a timeline or goal. Because if it doesn't work out, you've wasted years of her childbearing age.
It really depends on the woman tho, like me, I want kids but am willing to wait til I can provide for them. If I don't have kids, I'll be alright.
Other women have being a mom as a high priority. If they find out their man is wasting their time, they move on to someone who will give her what she wants.
You just need to communicate to make sure you are on the same page and the same path.

Gf getting baby fever is normal. Just means don't waste her time if at some point you don't see it going that way, go ahead and tell her so she can decide to look for someone else. Don't take her talk to be any pressure on you aside from that.

Thanks, I'll talk to her. It still seems as though this may be a deal-breaker..I can provide financially if it happened but she is only starting to get on her feet and I don't really have the time to devote to raising a child right now. So if she wants them within 2 years then like you said, we're either going to have to plan it out or eventually split.
