My ex hit me up and asked me to delete pics of him on my Facebook from 2011 ("because he doesn't want anyone to think that we're still together") but what the hell was he doing going through my photos??
Then he had the nerve to hit me up again and say "Oh, you missed a few in a different album". Like, nikka... Stay off of my page if you don't want to see em.
Never dating younger stupid men again. I know it had something to do with his insecure ass gf.

Have you tried a neti pot/ sinus wash?
I got one from Walgreens. It helped me get through allergy season without medicine.
Those are actually pretty dangerous if not used correctly. I've been advised against it over and over by ENT's.
