How did you brush your teeth?

I rinsed with warm saltwater after ate every single time. No infection, no swelling ,no nothing.
When I brushed I just had to stay away from the molar area a few days, and when I brushed in that area I had to be super gentle. I believe they gave me a brush with extra soft bristles.
