Planning to be more consistent
Yeah, good habits/lifestyle switches are usually hard to stick with at their infancy.

*it rains outside* "nah, not today :ehh:"
*remembers how muscles were sore from first workout* "I'll wait a couple more days before I go back :ehh:"

It was really about schedule and stress. Once I'm in it I have no problems eating right and working out. I love being sore, it never stopped me from going.
But with my recent life changes it's been harder so I have to change my schedule make it like work so I can be consistent.

It's become more of a challenge so I need to adjust :(

Oh yeah, I was just trolling but I know the feeling all too well. I just convinced myself that the only constant is change :ld: Plus I use the gym as catharsis because I deal with some shyt every month...like I literally enter a new month telling myself "aaight some dumb shyt that's going to set me back is bound to happen so lets accept it now". :beli:

I almost made it out of January scott-free and I got in a car accident last week Monday. Gotta go to court next month too yaaay :blessed:

Sorry about your accident, glad you are ok.

Thats what I am saying like its always something do I have to make it more of a priority and adjust my schedule. Like waking up at 5:30 am or earlier :sadcam: because after work is just not going to work anymore. I just have to bite the bullet.

Thanks, some fool ran a yield sign, drove into the middle of an intersection, dented my back door and sent me head-first into one of those yellow poles :stopitslime:

Yeah, I work from 7:30a.m. -8 p.m. some days..then I get home and have to prepare for the next day, eat, study, look up apartments in the area I'm moving to and then I have about 20 minutes to sleep if I want to get 7 hours in before the next day.

On days when I work a regular 8-5, that extra time is spent working out then home to repeat smh.

Wow that's horrible. It could have been worse too.

Your schedule is crazy how many days a week? I rarely get 7 hours. My work stress has doubled because because my work load has increased. For the last few months I'm mentally exhausted. I just have to switch to morning and get it out the way. Either way I will get 5 to 6 hours probably.

Thanks again, the damage isn't that bad as it sounds and I'm still driving it...getting quotes this weekend hopefully.

I got a M-F office job that's typically goes from 8 a.m.-6 p.m.. Some days I work late (even till 11/12 ish in the morning) but I have a great boss and she either gives me the next day or says I get come in around 12ish and just work till 5. My gym days basically work around my work so if its a regular day I hit the weights. Some days I just get a haircut, go home and do what I mentioned above. It sucks cause once I get to a stopping point its time to get ready for sleep :beli: shyt's going to change soon and its for a purpose so I'll eat the Ls :totheeastside:

Yeah, in your case it sounds like getting your workout out the way first thing is better when when you're already mentally and physically ready to :dead: after work you're good. You gotta work on the sleep though! :damn: 6 hours isn't good enough. Hopefully that added workload will pay in dividends though.

I'm f*cking starving.

All I've been eating is apple sauce and mashed potatoes.:mjcry:
When I got my wisdom teeth taken out, I ate soup, yogurt and ensure for like 3 days, then I said f*ck it the 4th day, I was starving. So I ate tuna fish sandwiches. I thought I was in heaven

Nothing got stuck and you didn't get an infection?

How did you brush your teeth?
