Any good reviews about JBCO? :lupe:

I love JBCO. I started using it the beginning of 2012 because my edges were disappearing due to wearing puffs non-stop. Using it really helped grow them back out. I now use it on my scalp and to seal my ends and it's just amazing. Gives my hair a slightly thicker appearance when used regularly, and my ends stay soft/moisturized longer. :noah: JBCO is everything. The smell isn't great but it doesn't linger. Uhmmmm it lasts a really long time because you don't need much (I've been using it for almost 2 years and only ran thru about 8 ounces of it). Ok, That's all I got.

My hair is finally growing back from Chemo, and he begs me all the time to grow it out because I look like a Stud at first sight.

He'll get over it, because I love my fade.

How'd you like it, what'd you do?

I love Miami (besides the traffic and crazy drivers). We just chilled on Tuesday and Wednesday, but Thursday, Friday, and Saturday were filled with food and drinks (it is/was my bf's birthday). We were supposed to go to the haunted house on Thursday but settled for Doraku in Brickell and a movie. Friday we got couples massages at a spa in Coral Gables, and later that night a group of us did a 5 course tasting at a jazz spot in Boca Raton. Saturday was a food blur (we went to bunch at a place call Town and then went to a random, but great restaurant called Two Chefs for dinner). I got back last night.

As you can see we love to eat...that's why we skipped the beach (I felt so bloated).

Because I've been "lax" (:skip:) on my workouts I'm forcing myself to do a 30 day ab & squat challenge. So I'm subbing the squats from this chart

I bought 16oz off amazon because I plan on forcing using it on the entire family. I already did a deep condish and chunky twists on me and my daughters hair.

Since the big chop 6months ago my hair has grown but not as much as I thought so imma jump n one of those "jbco challenges" to give it a boost.

I will do this ab one with you. I tried to do the one below last month and didn't make it past day 15. The one you posted seems more doable.
